An AVGS (Activation and Placement Voucher) is a voucher that job seekers can obtain from the job center. It enables participation in an activation measure, the costs of which are fully covered by the job center. With an AVGS, participants can complete individual coaching sessions with us.

An activation measure is a certified program that supports clients in clarifying and achieving their professional goals and aspirations. It also assists with personal orientation and other individual concerns, such as finding accommodation or strengthening self-confidence and personal responsibility. The scope and duration are individually tailored; the number of teaching units is determined and approved by the funding agency.
