With several years of experience in start-up and business development, I support self-employed individuals, founders and companies in building clear structures, developing sustainable business models and strategically achieving their goals.

As a job and career coach (AVGS), I also support people in their professional reorientation, starting their own business or further developing their career.

My language skills in German, Russian, Ukrainian, and English allow me to work multilingually and support refugees and migrants in particular in developing career prospects – whether in their job search or on the path to self-employment. I place great emphasis on practical advice, individualized solutions, and genuine feasibility.
